We take care of spreading excellent music.
We are a full-service-agency, providing service to our artists from A to Z, being fully aware of each artist's special needs.
And more importantly: we really manage to do so.
At ink, we have a strong desire to purely concentrate on the fields of Artist Management and Artist Development. This means a highly personalised artist management including booking, public relations services as well as pathing the way for the artist's development through our label and publishing unit.
Whatever you need: we serve it - whether you need the whole package or just one simple part of it - together we will find the perfect match.
But there´s one thing you should keep in mind: We are pretty picky.
We don´t work for everybody who pulls his purse. We choose our clients as carefully as our professional partners.
We have succeeded in a niche market by working with people who meet our selection criteria in terms of music as well as philosophy. We have a strong belief in our artists who we have chosen for their artistic merit and their attitude which enables an ongoing personal interaction.
We stick to our ideals. Money and power don't play center stage but the the artist and his or her individual development. Of course it´s still about the Euros, Dollars and Pounds; of course it´s about success. But we say: As long as quality, credibility and enthusiasm is fueling us, everything else will be coming our way automatically.
Because we practise all that succesfully and keep growing ever since 2001, we don´t see any reason to launch into the hottest newest shit in panic, nor to follow some ingrained rules written by the so called industry.
Even if that means that sometimes "overnight success" is everything but granted.
It´s weird, but hey: there is proof about the fact that you rather keep having the finger on the pulse with our methods. By staying calm and focussed on your targets, you will find brand new talents and tomorrow's heroes much easier.
We offer you continuity paired with enthusiasm, built on a strong base of know-how and friendship.
BOOKING
Our artist roster includes almost 50 artists from Austria and around the world. Every year, we arrange more than 300 shows, mostly in Austria and several countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
We look not only for quantity but focus on the quality of the shows. Every project has a refined concept consisting of indivdual ideas - therefore our goal is to find the promotor, the audience, the club that fits best to your profile. "Value" doesn't necessarily equal money - and sometimes a small club show could be even better than playing at a huge festival site.

PROMOTION & PUBLIC RELATIONS
Yes, we are a PR Agency as well. We choose our orders well. We might be picky - but we know why. We´re not working with anyone who´s able to throw some money in the ring. We keep up our A&R-like dogma here as well: We have to like it. There´s a simple reason for that: If we love what you do, we love what we do. And who else in the modern PR-Fastfood-kitchen is still cooking with good old ingredients like heart and soul? At ink, the term "full service" means continuous support. We take a closer look on the needs and wishes of our artists - because we prefer to work with personalities rather than projection screens.
LABEL
Our label is called "schoenwetter" - which means "nice weather". The label name is inspired from our very own roots: We come from Austria's easternmost county named Burgenland which is proud to have 300 days of sunshine each year. The name is powering us with some kind of "solar energy". A collaboration throughout all levels of our work starts right here: releasing a record is giving promotional activities, videoclips or booking a go. In our label catalogue, there are artists not only from Austria, but also from England, Norway or even Malta. And our nice and little mailorder/webshop "DerGreiszler" ("Grocery Store") offers service all over Europe.

PUBLISHING & SYNC-RIGHTS
Being a full service agency, we also keep possibilites for our artists in mind that a PR or booking agent might doesn´t even think of. It might open some new doors the artist never looked at, though. Our network includes key people from movie, TV, radio and advertising industry - and keeps growing day by day. The possibilities to „use music“ are almost neverending, and so are the needs of the industries listed above… We are gateway and advisor between these two worlds. Having your Yin, we´ll find your Yang.
